Luna Dog House

Privacy

Last updated 16 September 2026

The short version: this website has no accounts, no database and no analytics. It does not collect anything about you. The booking form does not send anything anywhere — it writes a WhatsApp message for you and you decide whether to send it.

The booking form

The form on the main page asks for your name, how many dogs, your dates, and anything we should know. Those fields never leave your browser. When you press send, the page assembles them into a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp with it pre-written. Nothing is submitted to this site, and nothing is saved here.

Once you send that message, it is an ordinary WhatsApp conversation between you and Luna Dog House, covered by WhatsApp's own privacy terms, not by this page.

What this site stores on your device

There are no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, and no third-party analytics.

What loads from elsewhere

Two third parties serve files to your browser when you visit this site:

Requesting a file from a server necessarily reveals your IP address to that server. Those companies' own policies govern what they do with it. Nothing on this site asks them to identify you, and no data about you is sent to them deliberately.

Rover and Instagram

The Rover and Instagram links take you off this site. Anything you do there is between you and that company.

Photographs of your dog

We send you photos of your dog during a stay. We will ask before using any photo of your dog anywhere public, including this website. If you would rather we did not, say so and that is the end of it.

Asking about your information

Because this site holds nothing, there is nothing here to request or delete. For messages and photos in your WhatsApp conversation with us, just ask.
